Roy Kaldung is a Sr. PHP developer and Linux system administrator with an IT experience of more than 20 years. He started programming 1986 with an Atari 1040STF and Commodore Amiga. At a later date IBM compatible PCs with MS-DOS and Motorola 68k systems working under UNIX System V follows. Interrupted by four years of military service he programmed in Pascal, Basic, Java, Perl, C++ and PHP.
Currently the main topics of his daily work are PHP, (X)HTML(5), CSS, Javascript, XML, Webservices, AJAX, shell programming with Bash, Linux administration tasks and VMWare ESX / Virtual Infrastructure.
He works for building automation company as the computing officer for Linux and Webservices.
